女，1977年2月出生，甘肃天水人，中共党员，硕士、副教授、硕士生导师。

2005-09至2008-06, 桂林工学院, 电子与计算机系,硕士。

1998-09至2002-07, 西北师范大学, 物理与电子信息工程学院, 学士。
